Assist adult clients in all aspects of procuring and maintaining a competitive employment position.

Teach individual and/or group employability skills to clients.

Provide necessary follow along and support services, included but not limited to: participation in psychiatric appointments, managing health insurance, unemployment applications, transportation arranging, application for benefits, meeting with families to ensure continuity of care, to measure the participants keep job.

Develop relationships with area employers and work closely with clients to prepare for and obtain and maintain employment positions.

Meet regularly with employer (s) to get feedback on client performance.

Responsible for ongoing communication with Mental Health staff on all client issues.
